I agree with the OP that Georgia St with their media market and retrofitted stadium are the best choice in the East followed by Appalachian St and Georgia Southern.

In the west I think Texas St is at best the third west option after Arkansas St and ULL.

The thing is---options #1 and #2 lose money moving to CUSA. It makes sense for Texas St because I think regular games with the other Texas teams in CUSA will fill enough seats make it work. I also think it aids in getting more Texas States on fanbase interested (certain to happen when the Bobcats eventually start winning--which is inevitable---too much talent around them).

For Georgia St, the pay off isnt all that grand. In fact---I dont think there is a payoff. I think Georgia St might say no to that offer (at least as things now stand).
