I don't think Jones will be in the top 5.

Where would you have Jones then? He is better than the 20 people listed so far. Jones can play for any team in the WAC, some of the players 6-25 cannot.

Personally I would put him in the top 10, but I just do not think that the author of these article will put him in the top 5. Just my feeling.
I think the author, Greg Mitchell, will place Jones in the top 5. He may even place him in the top 3 (although I would strongly disagree with that). KenPom.com had Jones ranked 3rd (behind only Russell and Baker) in his final 2016-2017 player rankings so national writers seem to think highly of him.
