Who replaces North Dakota in BIG SKY in 2019?

You do realize all it takes is a 2.0 and pulse to get into EWU right?

Was referring to the athletic side of it, as EWU gets lots of UW and WSU overlooks. EWU would be a favor to Idaho and the Montanas, as Spokane is the largest city in those parts.
