Appears he played 2 years of JUCO out of HS (from Philly) and now I guess going to NMSU. VC doesnt list NMSU as an offer, only lists North Texas, Drexel, Jax State, Southern Illinois. He might have gotten the offer in campus today

This is what Frank is talking about.

Clarity, the fact that Stewart committed late "possibly" means grades were an issue. The bigger schools will not invest time in a recruit if there is a possibility he might not be eligible. These days, mostly mid-majors peruse the JC ranks to fill their roster.
