The highest peak in Arkansas is just over 2,700 feet and is an hour west of Arkansas Tech's campus which is about 350 feet. I now live in a house at 7,000 feet just across I-25 from USAFA. Yeah, so no complaining about your little hills back east. 04-cheers

If you are talking about mount magazine, I have been up there. seems pretty tall and 10-15 degrees cooler when you get up there.
