Yeah I can’t just take this and contribute this as facts. I would like to see the entire text conversation and actually someone other than word of mouth (feelings from media) plus statements from Pepper Hamilton’s “findings.” Also this article and findings were still around the time when the incident was still an uproar(died down some). Since then, there have been flaws from the school itself from the actions of the regents and the results from the attorneys that retain cold evidence. I will just say till now, it is strange that a school will fire someone and then give them millions if they had any involvement with these accusation. Same could go with McCaw, who wasn’t fired and decided to just leave.
