Of course being in a brand new conference was strange at first. They had been in the same conference for 100 years. These transitions take time. New traditions and relationships take time. We are getting there.

It's a different atmosphere. Lot of the tailgates were two or three people in lawn chairs around a hibachi vs the sprawling parties you see at most SEC schools. Attendance was similar, crowd was loud during the game, just the intra-fan interaction is different.
