Jaguars owner has submitted an offer of 700 million bucks to buy Wembly Stadium from the FA. Deal would not force FA To move their major fixtures from the stadium, but would require England to play home International matches away from Wembley in the Fall.

There's talk it might then be renovated for 4 years to get set up better for football, forcing all major FA Matches to find different venues, including the FA Cup Semis and Final and Championship Playoff Finals.

For the record, you could buy 11 Romelu Lukaku's with that kind of money.
