Capel set the program back 5 years for sure. Not only did he not win but he left App with an APR issue (two years probation from postseason, ironic a UNCCH guy couldn't get away with similar methods...). Fox does have the program back to classroom at least now, but year 4 is a critical one for him. Two guards were released from the team this year, so hopefully the new guys can step up. We do have IMO a top five conference player in Shabazz and a rising PF sophomore Johnson that we can build with. Capel was just a terrible hire that left a big hole.
