IPFW has been evaluating whether to drop to DII or DIII anyway. A Horizon bid would help alleviate cost and give it better Midwest exposure. W Ill can go to the OVC to replace Murray St. IUPUI can go HL, OVC, or ASun.

ORU can go WAC, which is rising in m bb credentials and with baseball, and be in a central division with NMSU and UMKC.
If you move UM, MSU, UI, and EWU to the Summit, that will leave the Big Sky with seven schools. Does Sacramento State panic and ask the Big West to take them and UCSD? Do Cal Poly SLO and UC Davis find themselves joining the Big Sky to keep their football home intact? Does the WAC go for the kill on the Big Sky by inviting Northern Arizona, Portland State, and Weber State and work out a deal with the Big West regarding FCS football?
