If Murray/Valpo/Milwaukee happens, Horizon is down to 8:
Oakland
Detroit Mercy
Youngstown State
Cleveland State
Wright State
Northern Kentucky
Illinois-Chicago
Green Bay

Can't see Denver/Omaha leaving their arrangement in the Summit.

Horizon probably targets (ultimately adding 2):
- Robert Morris
- Morehead State
- Fort Wayne
- IUPUI
- UMKC

Common sense dictates Horizon won't consider SEMO/SIUE/WIU/EIU.
As a point of curiosity, which of those five play baseball?

If the Horizon loses both Valpo and Milwaukee, it will be down to 5 in baseball, and as a non-FB Div I conference it needs three men's team sports to qualify as a multi-sports conference. Soccer would be safe, so among two picks they would also need one baseball team.

(NB. whether or not affiliate membership can be used for that ~ I haven't looked up the Div I Manual just now, and was not sorting that out when I was ~ it's a shaky ground to build your Div I multi-sports conference status on ~ using affiliates to get to autobid status for a subsidy sport played by some of your members is fine ... after all, all you lose if you can't hold the affiliate is the autobid to that one sport ... but using it to ensure your NCAA Tourney autobid is risky.)
