In a nutshell Rogers and Comey can't comment on ANY specifics (as expected). They can't comment on a link to Russia. Basically all they can say is that what Trump said on the wiretaps was irresponsible or untrue.

So where did the FISA request come from? That's the bottom line really. If Obama didn't order it who the hell did?

May not be on Trump or others. It could be FISA requests on Page Carter, Manafort and Roger Stone. Page Carter of close ties to Russia. Manafort is being investigated by the Ukrainian government for the money he received from an ex-Ukrainian president that was backed by Putin on fraud charges. Roger Stone is under fired that he said a few days before Podesta's emails came out that Wikileaks will release the bombshell of Clinton's campaign by Podesta. What did he know, and did he have any contact with the people at Wikileaks?
