A couple twists of the salt grinder, a couple twists of the pepper grinder, and when you take it off the grill a pat of butter.

I don't even do that. I don't throw it in the grill until it's at room temp for half an hour. After it comes off, if I'm feeling adventurous I'll drop some bleu cheese crumbles on it. Other than that, I eat it like that. No sauce and medium rare.
