You have no idea ....To assume Stith is the same as JJ from an offensive scheme or play perspective is idiotic.
Yes. Totally idiotic to assume the man who has spent all of his time in college basketball under JJ would have learned from him. I have also seen nothing from him that leads me to believe that he is the next great up and coming coach.

Frankly don't understand why anyone would ever fire their coach for performance the hire his assistant.

He did play win the NCAA and has learned many different forms of offense.
