You folks that are arguing NCSU's history are roundly missing our point.

Brick's nailed it with the Chicago Bears coaching reference. I'd say he should have went further and discussed the fact that Lovie Smith was doing a decent job there then they fired him thanks to ridiculous expectations. NCSU is quite similar.
Yeah, I'd say it's a spot on analogy.
