RE: 2018 Official Football Recruiting Thread
I suppose it would be some sort of victory, getting a local recruit head-to-head competition with Columbus but we are getting them from someone. I've been pleased with the local talent that's come to Toledo. Other than the Holleys, I haven't been disappointed in the UT offers. We lost a local to Mich St and one to Cinci but they were offered and they were considering and they're not missed. Would have been nice to have them here but it didn't cause any drop in recruited talent. Off the top of my head, can't think of any big misses. I will be interested to see if that tall Northview QB lands and continues to develop. And there's always a few of those Kovacs types.

I'm excited, some interesting potential. If school goes well and the locals continue to develop, they could be forces.
