It's the rationale for adding Kennesaw St, why dilute and potentially harm a conf member's advantages by adding another school in their backyard?
A pipe dream I could understand is wanting UNF to add football in Jax. They're an established DI school that would be alone in their market and would get us in to FLA. But honestly, at this point, why go into FLA at all if we can all recruit it without a hometeam getting the advantage?

I want to know if FJ sees those schools as peer institutions to USA.

No and I wouldnt have added them and maybe that is the point. Maybe you're right and the SBC in 5 years will have all of those little Div II schools you love. I do not see GSU in that conference. Hopefully you dont see USA there either for your program's sake.

It really doesn't matter what FJ says. There is a zero percent chance that UWF and USA will be playing in the same conference in the next 10 years.
