Looking at Chicago radar it won't be anytime soon. I'd bet on two rounds tomorrow.

I don't think that's possible. With a full morning wave and another afternoon wave, it was 7:00 pm or even later when they finished the first round yesterday. There are 132 players and the last tee time was around 3:00 just to get one round in. I'm not sure what they can do other than extend the tourney a day or shorten the cut to 36 holes instead of 54.
