RE: Rhoades vs Rice basketball Thread
So, here's where we ended the season in the artificial race of Rice vs VCU vs Penn State in Men's Hoops:

Rice Owls 5-13 .278 11-21 .344 Dead last AAC
VCU Rams 11-7 .611 22-13 .629 T4th A-10
PSU Lions(nittany) 9-11 .450 16-17 .485 T9th B1G

Still waiting for Rice to surpass an active previous coach, or the VCU teams that were to be a somewhat model of what we could do here at Rice in Men's BB (conference champs, NCAA tourney appearances and success in tournament, et cetera...) It has been since 1970 since last Rice NCAA Men's appearance. Thank goodness the Women helped us out this year with their run through the AAC tourney. Good luck to them in their NCAA appearance(s).
