Pick one or the other, but I don't think you can have both.

Usually when people say you lost because you're young it's due to stupid mental errors or not being able to follow a set gameplan. "Getting rattled" if you will. We miss Corey Douglas because he's talented as a rebounder and interior defender even though he's young. Don't see why you can't have both.
