How would you rank 2016 CUSA QB's?
There are a lot of new faces at QB so ranking them is pretty hard. I think there will be the normal three tiers, "Elite", "Solid starter" and "Could be replaced mid year." How would you guys project them to stack up this year?

Tier 1-"Elite"
1. Nick Mullens-USM
2. Brent Stockstill-MT
3. Chase Litton-MU

Tier 2-"Solid starter"
4. Alex McGough-FIU
5. Mike White-WKU
6. Kevin Olsen-CHA
7. Zack Greenlee-UTEP
8. Ryan Higgins-LT

Tier 3-"Could be replaced mid year"
9. David Washington-ODU
10. Jared Johnson-UTSA
11. Tyler Stehling-RICE
12. Alec Morris-UNT
13. Jason Driskel-FAU

Like I said, this is tough because there are so many unknowns. What do you guys think?
