Well there are a couple of big problems with these teams:
1. Highly unlikely that they are going to schedule JMU (too much risk)
2. Even if they did, the payday for JMU for an FBS game would not be in the range JMU would want.

These would be 'fun' games I suppose (but would never happen at BFS) and just b/c folks think they would be fun does not mean the opponent is interested in them. It takes 2 willing parties to schedule a an OOC game. I think a lot of folks that complain about the JMU OOC schedule forget this fact. JMU cannot dictate a games, well just because.

I think in the recent past, present shows JMU is trying to schedule better OOC FCS opponents with Lehigh and Chattanooga. Now keep in mind these games are typically scheduled a few years in advance and JMU cannot be held accountable for what these teams will look like when the game is actually played.
