No surface lot will be left..instead people will have to use the new parking decks. Pregame celebrations will have to move to one of the neighborhood bars. If I remember it right, a study concluded that parking lots tend to create "dead space" where foot traffic dissipates, which adversely affect local economy and quality of life. (Basically the Braves were stupid and screwed up the entire neighborhood for decades)

Baseball complex construction will began around 2021 from what I heard last. Basketball gets priority before baseball.

Might be good for foot traffic and neighborhood flow, but is terrible for gameday experience with no traditional tailgating.

GT has tailgating around the stadium, throughout campus and in surface parking.f lots as far away as Peachtree and North Avenue.
