I’m chuckling at the notion of two slappies arguing about attendance averages announced at just over 15k.

Let me ask you (WolfBird, TrueBlueDrew, and Usajags), what would happen to your attendance if your W-L record this year was 6-6, next year 3-9, the following year 1-11, followed by 0-12? How well would your opener be attended following the 0-12 season? What do you think your average attendance would be each year?

GS attendance would be fine, of course it would dip but we would not have to make up numbers or ever go off tickets sold to meet the NCAA requirements. We built a fan base over decades and jumped well after we did all we could at the FCS level.

It is real easy, GaSt no matter where they play has to win to have real attendance. To build actual stable attendance they have to start winning trophies of some sort and not some lame rivalry trophy nobody cares about.
