Two miles? WTF some lazy mofos. You are also full of it because when the distance from "campus" was brought up as an issue you and your GaSt brethren will over saying how you walked to Braves games all the time. You change your tune to fit your narrative more than anyone on this board.

Shall I do one mile from the stadium and show you all the homes under 150K? Or is one mile a crazy walking distance as well....03-lmfao I did not make up my mind I based it off actual findings found on FMLS I dont have to live anywhere to do a basic map search guy.....If Ormond is not walking distance then nothing is.

Ok bruh, we get it. You hate GSU and Atlanta. Why are you on a thread that is supposed to celebrate some GSU developments if all you want to do is **** on them? I'm from the "country", I used to be scared of big cities too lol. You'll be fine. My senior year I got robbed in San Marcos but you don't hear me complaining about how crime ridden San Marcos is. It happens, I'm still alive. Get over it.

First of all I just stated facts about real estate after Mr. ATL expert spouted off about all the 400K homes and he got his panties in wad when his BS was called out on reality and the FACT that stadium not being right next to campus was not going to be a big deal earlier in the thread and now two miles is a crazy walk.... Second individual examples are asinine. I can go to the South Side of Chicago and never get shot but you moving there guy? Also Mr. jump in I guess you missed where I stated I hope it does turn around. You jumping in the kool aid and dont even know the flavor.

Also I am not from the country moron. You do realize that just because the school you went to is in a more rural area most students are not from that area. The majority of both student populations for GS and GSU come from the same three counties in GA. Soooo take your stereotypes somewhere else. Also I have lived in the same county he lives in right now in an area you would not consider nice especially at the time I lived there. So dont lecture me about being scared. I am pretty sure my deployment to Haiti also conditioned me pretty well on dealing with extremely dangerous places.

Since two miles it just to far for Panama's lazy butt to walk I found a steal within ONE MILE the stadium. You cant get 785 Coleman Street for $12900 and 22 other homes within one mile under 150K.
