Agree pretty much with this assessment. Based on our (Coastal's) renderings, we will be in that Tier 2 mix when ours is done. Phase 1 is supposed to be done for this coming season (gets us over 15k capacity and connects in the shoe). Phase two will be done next year, and that's where the upper deck on the visitor's side comes in which gets us to over 20k.
