Eventide is okay, definitely better than Eagle Creek, but there are much better breweries in the Atlanta beer scene. Though nothing is better than Creature Comforts in Athens.
I tried tropicalia (sp) a few weeks ago and I hated it. Is the other stuff better, cause I don't see what the hubbub is about? Maybe I need to keep trying

Can or draft? Trop is one of their staples, award winning, highly rated .... Maybe try it again? They do some smaller batch limited stuff that is literally amazing.
