Also, my post regarding "greasing the wheels" was not meant to imply some shenanigans were taking place. I was attempting to say that I think GSU will easily demonstrate the capability to fund and develop the area and thus ease any doubts or concerns that the TPTB might have. Like I said earlier I was just curious as to where you might play in 2017 and when a rendering would come out.
