Now as far as the football stadium, that thing will be atrocious. Renovation costs aside to make the field actually fit, the seats don't face forward, the sight lines will be horrible, and you'll have some high school bleachers set up on the visiting side. The whole thing is going to feel awkward at best, but most likely end up being an abomination of a football stadium without a MASSIVE overhaul. I.e. rebuilding a majority of the structure. Call me a "southern troll" all you want, but watching a game there (which I'll be doing every other year) is going to suck.
