The central campus is not going away ever. In fact its being redeveloped as is. We just spent $200M in that area in buying and building out property.

Obviously they had no idea the Turner property would be an option when all of the renovations were decided. If you have the opportunity to create one central campus I don't see why you wouldn't. It may take a decade, but I could see he selling buildings as new ones are built.

Selling the buildings to who? No one is buying. You can't build a college campus the size they need on 67 acres.

How many acres is the current campus on? I would think a fraction of 67.
