Even the first couple of years promise Brian Smith’s defense showed is gone. If and it is a big if, Bloom is going to be gone, do it soon so whoever is the interim can try a new approach to see what talent we have. Bloom’s system has hampered the talent. If it can be shown that there is some talent then we might get some interest for the HC job. If not I can’t imagine why anyone would want the job unless they just want a few more dollars in their retirement account.
