I like Elmore but he also plays against teams that can't matchup with him in size in most games. True, but you have to have game to put up 30 ppg regardless of who you are playing. Plus, hitting three 3's suggests his size isn't all he brings to the table.
Matt Wilson had more size, but only averaged 7 ppg as a Junior in HS.

As far as his ability to play in a Keatts system? I'll trust Keatts....
