RE: 2016 Men's Basketball Recruiting
Its funny how some guys on this board wet all over themselves when we get transfers from other Div I schools who average 2-4 points before they came to EMU. Sometimes with increased playing time they improve like Bryant and sometimes like Samuels they don't. I hear alot of excitement over guys like Perry who averaged 2.4 points a game or Ajayi at what less than 2 per game?
I'm not doing to be critical of these players but as to point out there's lot of discussion by some on this board about players who don't even average 5 points a game.

Getting back to the kid from Owens that EMU Steve jumped all over me about Owens was a sophomore loaded JUCO team. I expect the kid I mentioned to have more playing time his sophomore year.

Hey even Toney who averaged 6 at Appy State, you think most people thought when he moved to junior college the next year as a soph that he would be a third team JUCO All American? It all comes down to playing time and opportunity.
