Which end zone?
All of the seating and former seating was power-washed before the season last year.
The south end got brick and paint, up to where the bottom gates used to be in the tunnel.
The north end got brick and paint.
Only the north end greenery was still suffering from the ravages of the weather, and it's hard to make things grow faster.
Greenery: grass on the apron and ivy on the walls

South. It didn't look power washed to me.

Interesting... digging through my photos, it does look less than pristine at the first game last year.
It's not bad - just a couple of places that are a bit less clean than the rest.
Somewhen farther back, I've got a shot of the crew running their industrial pressure washer (looks kind of like a lawn mower) over the steps, working their way down from the top, but it must have been in a previous year, or at least before May 2022 (as far back as I checked).

This shot is from early in the summer, while they were installing the brick.
It does not look good.

And this is from just before the first home game...

There is one rectangular section that looks cleaner, and always will, because it is newer than the rest.
It is adjacent to the tunnel, on the east side.
That's where a water main burst and blew out the bottom of the stands, and they had to replace the whole thing.

They will probably pressure wash the entire stadium again, just before the season starts in the fall.

There was one small section on the east side that didn't get washed - and that's where The MOB's conducting stand used to be, when we were in section 116, and above the tarp that "protected" the visiting team's bench from the depravities of our students.

I disassembled the old conducting stand after they'd pressure washed.
The new one is near the wall in section 114.
