Recruiting is a lot like sales. Need to develop a pipeline and work it.. The issue is there is a competitive market out there for the BIG sale. Timing is critical and a resume of continued upward success will assist in the timing department. You guys are pretty hardcore Sales Managers and I think it's because you haven't been in the trenches to understand the process.
