One thing no one can say is that a UAB football game isn't, in its' own special way, an entertaining event. I'm still wondering why when UAB had 1st and goal inside the 10 with the clock and a couple of timeouts in their favor, that they didn't at least try to run the ball once. These kinds of scenarios have become par for the course with UAB Football.

But, I had a good time at the game just the same, enjoyed meeting and conveying some friendly trash talk at some of your fans that made the trip to the game, they gave as well as they got, & I wish the Owls the best the rest of the way this year, it's good to see Rice Football enjoying itself again. Congratulations!

I thought about that (regarding running the ball).

We had at least 4 backup OL's in there at the time (although I don't consider Cam a backup), so we may not have been able to run the ball.
