MAC refs love to call the second half much tighter and different than the first half. At least they have in the 52 years I've been watching them. Hawk has some amazing stories about them. He says they will be in the book he will write when he quits coaching.

I was at the Buffalo game - first half we had a combined like 10 fouls. Turned to the guy next to me and told him I bet we'd have close to 50 total by the end of the game. I was right. It is disgusting.
