I think the main goal is to keep BSU "good" and happy......Boise State is a big lynchpin in the "credibility" of Big East football. We need them to continue putting up undefeated, one or 2 loss seasons....unless another BE member can start to fill in and do so.

So as far as any additional members....I would say it comes down to "Boise...who do you want"?

Clearly the BE have made overtures to both BYU and AFA. If it becomes clear that neither of those programs will ever become an option....I am sure BSU and SDSU to a lesser degree will get to make that call. I would think in such a scenario....all signs would point to Fresno State.
