Since Portsmouth is about to go into bankruptcy and will probably be relegated to League 1, I say they should make a run at them. ECU @ Portsmouth at Fratton Park would be nuts.
I don't think Pompey could compete with ECU
yea, plus it wouldnt look good for the conference when Fratton Park gets repo'd.
