C-USA's best teams

USM
UH (gone)
Tulsa
SMU (gone)
Marshal
ECU
UTEP
UCF (gone)

Not to mention USM has been to Omaha recently, won the football championship, and has a chance to win the basketball regular season championship and is still in the conference.
