RE: The Name Calling Crisis In The Sun Belt
Another way to state it is that it's time for H. Wright Waters to cut his crap out. He is trying to hoist a brand name on us the school and its fans don't want, and this will never be tolerated. He is overstepping his authority. Louisiana Monroe requested ULM, Louisiana Lafayette requested UL. It doesn't matter what another school doesn't want or what the request is. This is an athletic brand name and it is our call alone.

We don't call Wright Waters "H," and we think it is long past time that he gets the "H" out of our business. This is personal, how an outsider represents us to the world. I'm certain that none of the other conference members would like this done to them.

If a fan of another conference school is tired of reading about this, well, stop reading threads and posts that discuss it.
