Joe Novak was from the big machine Richard J. Daley of coaching. Played D-1 and coached 95% in D-1. Knew tons of coaches. Did things old school. Had an old school way of recruiting. Had a few guys that were also from the big machine in his staff every year. Guys like Canada, Rochar, Schaffer, Bernstien, Belin, PJ, Phelps and Pittman.
Jerry Kill is an independent Ross Perot out of nowhere. He has no formal or traditional ways about him. His methods are unorthodox to the huskie nation and D-1 college football alone. This is his second year around i think he learned some things from last year. I am upset we dont have a lot of commitments. But i know these guys will pull through give it time. PJ will pull this thing through I hope. Kill will get people in his connections down south his style just takes time. Start saving up for this bowl game we will be going to soon we need to travel well for the program.
