Actually, the Zack Cooley kid does have offers Missouri State University, University of Northern Iowa, and there is an unofficial visit next week to Southern Illinois University with the hope of an offer. He is a kid in a small town that knew nothing about the recruiting process and is late in it. The ball is starting to roll. Iowa State, Illinois state, and Arkansas State are requesting first 2 games of tapes. The kid was a tight end until 3 months before his Jr. Season. Quite a smart kid to put on 25lbs immediately, play like a true seasoned lineman and then turn around this summer put on Good weight of 40 pounds. Was late to make the recruiting circuit but did make it to 3 prospect camps, which by the way netted 2 offers. He has yet to hear from NIU, would like to. Options are open.

He has rated on Rivals.com 2 stars and a 5.3, not bad? Btw, 6'4" is underdone, he is actually 6'4.5" barefooted, I wonder how many of those other guys have their listing in shoes.
