True, but it could also just say Kill would rather reach out of state than in state.

I have heard that some states like Illinois and over recruited and some states, like MN, IN, NE, KS, and IA are at times under recruited. Maybe Kill feels that way too? I'm not saying I agree with him but IF, and that's a HUGE IF, Kill doesn't grab a guy from IL this year that could be the reason.

And as another aside, Kill is keeping an eye on more JUCO guys than Joe ever did:
