Has there been a team that has been more Jeckyl and Hyde this season? They lost to UConn(who fell apart since) by 2, and to Clemson, and BC but have beaten NC and Duke in the same week. Final 4 games are Duke at home, then away against Miami and Virginia, then finally at home against Clemson. This team could easily win the ACC and even the Big Dance, but could also fall in the first round of both tourneys.

Have to agree, FSU is a very inconsistent team. Its bound to happen with college players though. Even the NBA there are wild swings in various teams fortunes.

They have been an exciting team to watch though, right to the final shot!

Our offensive coaching is pretty wretched and has been for years.

By now, you just have to accept it as standard.

Good defensive play will get you a starting spot for the Hokies. Shooting abillity not so much. If you can't play D, you don't stay.

FSU won't win the ACC. No way they beat Duke a second time

Not quite accurate, as UNC prefers games in the 90s and Roy wouldn't call for a zone defense unless he HAD TO (i.e. Larry Drew III was on the court as PG.)

VT, on the other hand, played zone for alot of the FSU game and clearly frustrated the 'Noles into 48 points. The fact that FSU won that game speaks volumes to how far they have progressed as a team this season.

It really speaks volumes to how bad VT is. Had Raines not gotten hurt or our team not totally went cold on foul shooting, VT wins that game.
