Anything less than 10-2 against this schedule will be disappointing.

Absolutely right! There is $200M for facilities being spent to help us move up in conference yet we have an AD & admin that is & will be satisfied with an 8-4/9-3 records & maybe some fans too (sure we all "hope" to contend for conference title). But hope & maintaining the status quo will NEVER get us titles or a step-up in conference (we've had losing record in-conference each of the last 2 yrs & the coach got an extension). And we need a growing fanbase. A shrinking attendance won't get us what we all desire (39K-34K-25K is the current attendance trend). And unless we are CONTENDING for conference titles, fans won't come out or buy tickets).
