This is what an honest and thoughtful truth-seeking person does. Anarchists want needless martyrs and a rush to judgment and mob reaction. There was a time when this nation abhorred anarchists and encouraged the thoughtful to lead. I dearly miss those days because what we have now will end in more mindless violence, which of course is the goal of anarchists.

Academia should have the integrity to seek truth, promote thoughtfulness, pursue domestic tranquility, and should fire anarchists which work within their midst.

We need more truth-seekers in this great nation, JR. Too many folks on both the left and right have no interest in hearing the truth if it fails to bolster their social-political positions. Sad.

Solid article. I couldn't sleep last night so I stayed up and watched the Baylor BYU football game. Not that I am Baptist but I always want Texas schools to win when playing other state schools. BYU outplayed Baylor and had a chance to win the game in the final seconds but the white FG kicker missed a 30 something yard FG. Again same kicker missed another 30 something yard FG that could've won the game in OT. To be fair Baylor kicker missed a FG in OT and an extra point. BYU finally won on a TD in overtime and as fans stormed the field the camera focused in on BYU FG kicker crying and being embraced and consoled by his mixed race black QB.

This is what college sports is supposed to be about. Bringing folks of all color together.

The Duke VB player should watch this and be given a chance to redeem herself from the smear and lie she is perpetuating. She and her University are an embarrassment in my eyes. Everyone will make mistakes in this world and that is a fact. But, making mistakes doesn't define you as a person. How you respond to those mistakes does. At this point she has no integrity, accountability or credibility and the only ones still in her corner are liars as well. They are as guilty as her by association because the only thing it is doing for them is falsely justifying their misguided beliefs.
