I wonder Why Texas Tech can afford to again spend over $100 million on their stadium?

Could it be that they receive at least $28 million more than us each year?

Could it be that their top 4 home games in 2022 are :

TEXAS, West Virginia,Baylor and OKLAHOMA

While our fans get:

Temple,Houston,UCF, and Tulsa?
