They're better off having empty stands in FBS than FCS. Just lie about the attendance figures every other year.

I made that statement because I would rather have someone else in that slot. There are/were better choices.

So far I have seen no commitment to FBS level facilities, etc..

My first cousin once removed is an iron worker. He was working on something up there at the stadium, but I don't remember what it was.
