I’m thinking 4 sets of 25 each knuckle push-ups ,3 sets of dumbbell curls (30 lb or more), shoulder work, calf raises and at least 15 100 yard sprints for cardio.then sit ups while partaking in some cold cranberry juice mixed with 70 percent water. How does that sound before the game?
Absolutely terrible?
Nope. Bourbon & branch water (and very little of that - if any).
